  • Domestic Shipping (without a liftgate):
    • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states.
    • Alaska and Hawaii: We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
  • No Hidden Fees:
    • ALL SHIPPING IS FREE without a liftgate aside from what is stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Liftgate - If you do not have a loading dock or forklift available, you may need a liftgate-equipped delivery truck.  There is an additional charge for this service (usually in the $250-300 range).


4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day if placed on a weekday.
    • Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

    • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
